Technical Account ManagerJob ID #:IRC1941Location:Alpharetta, Georgia Functional Area: PlanningPosition Type: Full Time Regular Business Unit: Lottery Position Description DescriptionThe Technical Account Manager role includes full software development lifecycle management from initiation to deployment and coordinating all account deliverables with internal stakeholders. This role requires technical background experience with exposure to software, web, and mobile application development and proficiency in tools and activities commonly used in both a waterfall and an agile development environment. This includes, the experience and ability to successfully manage client expectations, project deliverables, project risks, quality control, and change release management. The Technical Account Manager will manage and take ownership of managing project pipelines, new project requests and production support of post-launch deliverables.Responsibilities:* Manages software, website, mobile app project deliverables, project plans and project schedules.* Coordinates with Interactive Account Managers on all internal and external client deliverables.* Manages to project SDLC and ownership of internal communication and production support post-launch.* Initiates, drives project and technical account planning activities such as kickoff, requirements, change control, stakeholder identification.* Measures customer risk at all levels and provides customer recommendations and solutions* Identifies and manages project expectations ensuring all applicable functional areas are engaged.* Maintains project tracking utilizing various tools including JIRA, MS Project, Rally, and Excel.* Communicates deliverable status, risks/issues to stakeholders and leadership in a timely manner.* Collaborates with cross-functional teams including developers, quality assurance, technical leads, interactive acct managers* Leads and ensures team members are aligned on goals, dates, milestones, dependencies, and risks for all deliverables.* Manages multiple new deliverable requests and production support updates concurrently. Position Requirements * Strong knowledge of project management disciplines (Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, PMBOK, etc.) and tools (JIRA, Rally, VersionOne, MSProject, Excel, Sharepoint, PowerPoint).* At least 3-5 years' experience managing IT projects of small to medium size, leveraging different project methodologies.* Broad exposure and understanding of software development, including website development.* CSM or PMP preferred, but not required.* Experience interacting with internal and external business partners.* Experience in measuring project success factors with respect to Resources, Schedule and Quality.* Ability to facilitate meetings with strong presentation skills.* Demonstrates a continuous learning mind set around project management processes and IT technologies.* Self-starter with the ability to influence others in a direct and indirect organizational structure.* Excellent oral and written communication skills.* Proven track record of successful delivery of IT projects.SG is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
