Strategic Finance Leadership Program (SFLP) - Strategic Financial Consultant

Brookfield, WI or Alpharetta, GA

_Program Summary_

The Strategic Finance Leadership Program (SFLP) is an intensive finance-focused rotational leadership development program sponsored by Fiserv executive management. The program is designed to provide top talent from leading MBA programs with professional development and growth opportunities that enable program participants to assume financial leadership roles upon program completion. The program foundation consists of a combination of diverse rotational assignments, targeted training, and continual coaching and development. The ultimate objective of the SFLP is to develop and groom strong financial leaders who make meaningful contributions to Fiserv throughout their careers.

_Representative Rotations_

The program consists of 4 rotations ranging from six to twelve months in length occurring over a three year period. Rotations are designed to provide exposure to strategic financial concepts and activities and to foster opportunities to interface with and learn from key leaders throughout Fiserv.

Rotations will be offered in the following areas:

  • Twelve month rotations (required)

o Business Unit Finance – Performance measurement, deal activity

o Financial Planning & Analysis/Investor Relations – Budgeting, forecasting, investor activities

  • Six month rotations (individual rotations from two of the following areas)

o Treasury – Cash management, capital structure, settlements

o Pricing – Modeling, contracting, deal structuring

o Corporate Audit Services – International projects, consulting, board governance

o Financial Transformation – Process re-engineering, change management

Program participants will report to the executive leader for each rotation area during their respective rotations. In addition to the rotational assignments, program participants will also receive focused training and significant interface with and exposure to Fiserv executive leadership including the Chief Financial Officer.

_Program Graduation/Placement_

Upon graduation from the program, participants will transition into various leadership roles throughout Fiserv’s Finance organization.

_Minimum Qualifications_

MBA degree with relevant finance or accounting coursework and strong academic performance Three or more years of relevant professional experience Permanent US work authorization
