Job Description Summary:

In this role, you will report directly to the Vice President, Human Resources for the Corporate Functions which includes Finance, Legal, Global Brand, Enterprise Risk & Resilience, and Human Resources. Under general supervision, this role will partner closely with the Vice President, Human Resources and team to provide tactical human resources support. Key areas of focus include, but are not limited to: support and counsel in the planning, development, implementation, and administration of various functions within Human Resources which may include employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, organizational development, affirmative action, HRIS, training, and health and safety services programs.

This role will also provide reporting & analytics support to the Vice President, Human Resources helping to synthesize data, glean insights, and develop executive presentations with a variety of audiences, all the way up to the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Committee members.

What You Will Do:

  • Perform broad professional human resources support for policies and programs including compensation, performance reviews, talent acquisition, job descriptions, employee relations, organizational development, and HRIS.

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills and an ability to flex your style when needed to drive results.

  • Solid business acumen and a willingness to ask “why” and drive continuous improvement

  • ·Research HR-related issues and recommend courses of action to resolve them.

  • ·Support special projects and initiatives, such as Job Architecture, Internship Program, and Top Talent Initiatives.

  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and provide data regarding critical initiatives and projects to both the Functions HR team as well as client groups. Ability to communicate your findings and project work concisely and confidently.

  • Provide coaching to associates and front line managers as needed.

  • Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding activities, including first day logistics, and exit interviews.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.

  • Four years+ of Human Resources experience in areas such as such as compensation, performance reviews, talent acquisition, job descriptions, employee relations, organizational development.

  • Past experience managing multiple projects with dynamic deadlines.

  • Solid background in employee relations.

  • Ability to communicate your analytical findings and project work concisely and confidently.

  • Ability to translate words and ideas into compelling imagery and presentations.

  • Spot what needs to be done and think through to efficient completion.

  • Workday experience preferred, not required.
