Responsibilities: * Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly data file processes across multiple system platforms* Data file processes include, but are not limited to the retrieval of and import or export of: placements, transactions, reconciliations, inventory, returns, note exports, statements, credit reporting, coverage discovery and scoring.* Detailed and task oriented with the ability to utilize check lists to ensure all required items have been performed necessary to properly process the files.* Maintain guideline/checklist documentation of client assignments by editing as changes are incurred and properly store documentation for team access.* Weekly incident report submission to management outlining all issues encountered resulting in delayed processes and having a negative impact to Production, Interface, Operations and Clients.* Maintain professionalism at all times and work in a cooperative manner with managers, supervisors, co-workers, customers and the public.* Understand and abide by the company corporate policies and procedures, employee handbook, and the harassment and drug-free workplace policies.* Maintain regular and predictable attendance in accordance with the company's policy.* Complete all assigned task in a safe manner and in a constant state of alertness.* Other duties as assigned or requested by Supervisory or Managerial personnel. Qualifications: * Minimum of one (1) year internal system usage; above satisfactory levels of issue/complaint resolution and proven problem-solver skills.* High school diploma or GED.* Experience investigating issues with documentation skills of research provided.* Ability to multi-task; above satisfactory time-management skills; high adaptability to managing competing demands and the ability to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events and the availability to work after hours and weekends, particularly for issue resolution* Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PDF, CSC, Text, Notepad, etc. About nThrive: nThrive is the leader in providing end-to-end revenue cycle services, technology and education solutions.
