Fiserv Manager, Inside Sales in Alpharetta, Georgia

Position Description

  • Fiserv is looking for the next group of leaders to join our Inside Sales team in Alpharetta, GA. We are hiring a Sales Manager that will be responsible for managing a team of 8-12 inside sales executives (ISE’s). Your responsibilities will include building and strengthening the team's sales skills, training and coaching individual team members and exceeding the team's performance goals.

We're looking for someone that can create an environment of collaboration, continuous improvement around the sales process along with leveraging the latest technology and tools to ensure maximum team results. You will work across multiple business units coordinating with sales and marketing resources.

Job Responsibilities

o Accomplish sales objectives by training and coaching your team; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions

o Monitor each salesperson’s daily performance

o Prepare and conduct regular sales meetings with the team

o Coordinate go to market strategy with business unit sales management

o Accurately forecast to inside sales and business unit sales management

o Reinforce Fiserv Way of Selling methodology

o Actively recruit and interview to maintain full headcount targets

o Travel up to 10%

o Other job duties as assigned

*Required Skills, Education and Experience: *

o Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales/inside sales management role

o Significant sales experience (closing or in sales development)

o Consistent record of meeting and exceeding goals

o A demonstrable track record within an inside sales environment;

o Experience with Salesforce preferred

o Passion for coaching, mentoring, and growing teammates

o Experience in managing a high growth department

o Proven B2B track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-orientated lead development team

o Strong communication and presentation skills

o Ability to work cross functionally, lead projects, and get results

o Ability to navigate the Fiserv organization and to work effectively across business units and across functions within the company

o Understanding of the deal process and of the Fiserv Way of Selling

o Experience in working successfully within a matrixed team environment that is highly automated

o Exceptional written and oral communication skills

o Demonstrated understanding of lead generation and sales closing techniques

o Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to deal with ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment.

o Demonstrated business-minded orientation with a genuine interest in learning, understanding and contributing to the strategic direction of the business.
