MOUNTAIN, LTD. is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a major client.
POSITION SUMMARY: Resolve customer issues that cannot be addressed within the call center. Act as liaison between internal/external clients.
The Resolutions analyst compares data & examines benefit forms and other records to ensure proper handling of program.
Proactively works to resolve customer/client issue as expeditiously as possible.
Reviews and analyze detailed records.
Calculates reimbursement of fees according to client specific rules/ assigned authority level.
Runs various escalation reports as directed by Supervisor.
Handles difficult phone calls.
Composes special correspondence.
Works on special projects and tasks as assigned.
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to meet production goals/quality standards.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Claims/debt cancellation experience.
Writes clearly, concisely and effectively.
Communicates verbally effectively and with impact.
Detail oriented/ability to follow client specific guidelines
Ability to multi-task Manages time effectively.
Committed to superior customer servicing.
Ability to work independently, a self- starter.
Bi-lingual a plus
* Shift hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m
