MOUNTAIN, LTD. is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a major client.

JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION SUMMARY: Resolve customer issues that cannot be addressed within the call center. Act as liaison between internal/external clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • The Resolutions analyst compares data & examines benefit forms and other records to ensure proper handling of program.

  • Proactively works to resolve customer/client issue as expeditiously as possible.

  • Reviews and analyze detailed records.

  • Calculates reimbursement of fees according to client specific rules/ assigned authority level.

  • Runs various escalation reports as directed by Supervisor.

  • Handles difficult phone calls.

  • Composes special correspondence.

  • Works on special projects and tasks as assigned.

  • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to meet production goals/quality standards.

  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Claims/debt cancellation experience.

  • Writes clearly, concisely and effectively.

  • Communicates verbally effectively and with impact.

  • Computer literate.

  • Detail oriented/ability to follow client specific guidelines

  • Ability to multi-task Manages time effectively.

  • Committed to superior customer servicing.

  • Ability to work independently, a self- starter.

  • Bi-lingual a plus

* Shift hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m
