Kforce has a client that is searching for a Claims Specialist in Alpharetta, Georgia (GA).Duties include:

  • The Resolutions analyst compares data and examines benefit forms and other records to ensure proper handling of program

  • Proactively works to resolve customer/client issue as expeditiously as possible

  • Reviews and analyze detailed records

  • Calculates reimbursement of fees according to client specific rules/assigned authority level

  • Runs various escalation reports as directed by SOP

  • Handles difficult phone calls

  • Composes special correspondence

  • Works on special projects and tasks as assigned

  • Other duties as assigned
