About the Role:
We are seeking an investigative, engaging, and insightful Business Systems Analyst to join the Change Performance Team within Finance Shared Services to assist in driving large scale changes to maximize the long-term performance of the Finance Shared Services organization. As a member of the Change Performance team, you will have the opportunity to exercise a wide variety of skills and experiences as this role blends project management, relationship management, business/data analysis, process improvement, systems/process evaluation, and functional & technical design skills into a change agent that is empowered to deliver on the promise of One Fiserv. To be successful in this role, the candidate needs to be able to evaluate process and technology to identify strengths and deficiencies within Financed Shared Services and surrounding functional groups, excel in a fast paced ever evolving environment, and participate on multiple projects while remaining focused on big picture objectives.
Reports To: Manager, Change Performance Team
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Lead on projects designed to enhance client experience and increase organizational efficiency
Investigate, analyze, document and present existing business architecture, processes, practices and workflows
Identify improvement opportunities, gather business requirements, drive successful design, and manage a cross functional team to implement recommended solutions
Support partners to make a smooth transition from their existing processes to the optimized processes/solution through ongoing change management, consulting and advisory support
Provide an innovative solution approach

5+ year of working experience in Billing, Accounting and/or Finance
Advanced knowledge of SAP ECC and Business Warehouse
Demonstrates critical thinking skills, interpersonal skills, knowledge of information technology, and an inherent understanding of the business strategy to evaluate a problem/opportunity and define a solution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong documentation and presentation skills
Demonstrated experience in project management, consulting, solution architecture or system implementation, and requirements gathering
Proven ability to collaborate effectively on large scale projects with staff at all levels
Flexible, self-starter who is willing to take initiative in a fast-paced and dynamic business culture
Advanced technical SAP systems knowledge and SAP implementation experience
Advanced Access skills
